I am not satisfied with my order and would like to return. What is your return policy?
I have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, for stickers, it MUST BE WITH ITS ORIGINAL STICKER PAPER, UNPEELED, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I will try to send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I am not responsible for potential damages that occur to your items via shipping processes, as these parcels/envelopes have to go through many machines and hands to reach you. Please understand this before you purchase your items. If you are disappointed with your items due to bends and or tears, please request a refund and I will try and make things right for you.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
I do not accept exchange requests, so please make sure that you are 100% sure of your items before purchasing.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I just placed my order. How long would you take to fulfill it?
Please allow me at least 1-3 days to fulfill your order and process the handling of shipping your items. If for any reason I am unable to do so within the 1-3 day time period, I will try my best to contact you and figure out a solution to get you your order as soon as possible. As this is my side business, life will eventually get in the way of this store and hiccups + time constraints will likely be possible.
As a result of this process, your payments will not be officially charged until I confirm fulfillment and successfully ship your items out. In the rare occasion that you place an order for an item that is physically out of stock or unavailable, I will contact you and let you know about the restocking of your wanted items.
