Shipping policy
Please allow me at least 1-3 days to fulfill your order and process the handling of shipping your items. If for any reason I am unable to do so within the 1-3 day time period, I will try my best to contact you and figure out a solution to get you your order as soon as possible. As this is my side business, life will potentially get in the way of this store and hiccups + time constraints may be possible.
As a result of this process, your payments will not be officially charged until I confirm fulfillment and successfully ship your items out. In the rare occasion that you place an order for an item that is physically out of stock or unavailable, I will contact you and let you know about the restocking of your wanted items.
I am not responsible for potential damages that occur to your items via shipping processes, as these parcels/envelopes have to go through many machines and hands to reach you. Please understand this before you purchase your items. If you are disappointed with your items due to bends and or tears, please request a refund and I will try and make things right for you.
